Fiberglass Geogrid
Glass fiber geogrid is a geotechnical material made of glass fiber material. It has the characteristics of high strength, lightness, chemical resistance and durability. It is suitable for roadbed reinforcement, wall reinforcement, slope surface and so on. Protection, soil and water conservation and other engineering fields.
Fiberglass geogrid is a new type of excellent geotechnical base material for reinforcing pavements and roadbeds. It is woven using a unique warp knitting process and coated with special rubber to form a mesh structure material.
Material: fiberglass
Width: 1-6m
Pulling force: 30-300KN/m
Features:
1. High strength: Fiberglass geogrid has high tensile strength and stiffness, which can effectively increase the soil’s bearing capacity;
2. Lightweight: Compared with traditional geotechnical reinforcement materials, fiberglass geogrids are lighter in weight and are easier to carry and install;
3. Chemical resistance: Glass fiber geogrid has been specially chemically treated to withstand different environmental conditions and has good corrosion resistance;
4. Strong durability: Glass fiber geogrid has a long service life, is not easily affected by the external environment, and can maintain its functional characteristics for a long time.
Application:
1. Subgrade reinforcement: Fiberglass geogrid can be used in roadbed projects such as highways and railways to increase the stability and load-bearing capacity of the subgrade soil and avoid deformation and settlement of the subgrade;
2. Wall reinforcement: Glass fiber geogrid can be used in wall reinforcement projects to enhance the tensile properties of the wall and increase the stability of the wall;
3. Slope protection: Fiberglass geogrid can be used in slope protection projects to provide slope stability and anti-slip ability, and prevent soil erosion and slope collapse;
4. Soil and Water Conservation: Fiberglass geogrids can be used in soil and water conservation projects to prevent water flow and soil erosion and provide soil stability.
