Composite Drainage Net
Material: PP/PET and HDPE
Composite drainage net is a new type of geosynthetic material, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, drainage and breathability, etc.
Composite drainage net, also known as composite drainage geonet, is a geosynthetic material that combines a geonet core with nonwoven or woven geotextile layers. It is designed to provide effective drainage, filtration, and soil reinforcement capabilities in various civil engineering and geotechnical applications.
Features:
1.Drainage: The geonet core of the composite drainage net provides a channel for efficient water drainage. It allows water to flow freely while preventing soil particles from clogging the drainage system.
2.Filtration: The nonwoven or woven geotextile layers on either side of the geonet core act as filtration barriers. They prevent the migration of soil particles, preventing blockages and maintaining the long-term effectiveness of the drainage system.
3.Soil reinforcement: The unique structure of the composite drainage net enhances the load-bearing capacity of the soil. It helps to distribute loads and reduce differential settlements, providing stability for various construction applications.
4.Protection: The geotextile layers provide protection to the geonet core, preventing damage from sharp objects during installation and ensuring the longevity of the drainage system.
Application:
1.Retaining walls and slopes: Used to improve slope stability by providing effective drainage and soil reinforcement.
2.Landfills and waste management: Placed beneath the landfill liner to collect and drain leachate, preventing contamination of surrounding soils and groundwater.
3.Road and railway construction: Installed as a drainage layer under roads, highways, and railways to ensure efficient water drainage and prevent moisture-related damage.
4.Sports fields and golf courses: Used for subsurface drainage systems to maintain proper field conditions and prevent waterlogging.
5.Green roofs and landscape gardens: Installed to maintain proper soil moisture levels and prevent water accumulation on the roof or in garden areas.
6.Underground construction: Used in tunneling and underground structures to control water seepage and maintain stability.
